Yes, getting set up with your phone number initially requires a one time $25 fee per account (not per agent). You can purchase additional phone numbers for about $1/each. Ai Agents use minutes. You're a lotted a default set of credits every month. If you are experiencing a high inbound call volume you can upgrade to an unlimited Ai Employee.
